Good computer (Mac) user. You will work with our CRM system and typical computer tasks as scanning/coping documents. Medium English is required.
Duties at the office:
If you feel great and comfortably with different responsibilities and challenging office tasks it’s for you.
Self organization and ability to structure tasks for the day without delays.
Work with payments and money. Keep working place nice and tidy.
Duties with customers.
Make a reservations for customers and explain basic information for “walk in” customers. Friendly and confident with provided information. Good looking. White shirt is daily mandatory. Friendly and talk lover.
We provided tutorials and following instruction for сrm system and customer support. You should have a good memory for learn them. Work with customer objections. Customer support by working phone in office hours. Also communication with insurance company/police/taxis ext.
This work for them who don’t afraid of difficult situations and good at find a solutions. Resolve other people complains or situations.
Working hours 8am to 7pm
Monday to Saturday. Sunday day off(or other day)
Office location-Bavaro.
Salary trial period 17.000 pesos and 23.000 after trial period.
